This look is calling to me now. Maybe because of the cooler rainy months, I finally feel like I can wear a silky blouse without looking all hot & bothered. And it goes so wonderfully with worn-in skinnies, and my stash of ballet flats can be worn again. This seems to be my new obsession..
I really want to knit something like this for myself.

Snow and a high of 5 degrees in Minneapolis today, I wish I was wearing this comfy combo all day long.
Granny square washcloths
Whenever I feel like I’m sick of granny squares, I take a visit to Wood & Wool Stool’s blog and my obsession instantly comes back. I don’t quite like crochet sometimes, but I am totally obsessed with crochet granny squares. Does that even make sense?
My little baby is growing up. What used to be chubby little baby hands are now cheeky little girl hands, complete with nail polish in ‘colorful shades’ as requested by the minx.
Granny squares are my go-to fix when I just want to play around with colour.
